Imagine our happiness when we were asked to design a lovely house for a wonderful family from Texas at the Albany Bahamas resort community in Old Fort Bay on New Providence Island. It was our first house at Albany and I admit that we wanted to hit it out of the park.

Our clients were experienced in the process and very quick with decisions. I do not recall many face-to-face meetings. Proposals were sent and received, marked up and commented on, and updated with such speed and efficiency that we were astonished.

The house was big, built as a spec house with tons of bedrooms and flooded with natural light. It was a perfect clean slate to create a colorful and happy home for this family.
